Our purpose To foster the cultural, environmental and economic conditions in Muskoka which attract creative workers and creative businesses and allows them to flourish by:
  • Acting as a catalyst for district-wide planning, collaboration and action related to the growth and development of a creative economy in Muskoka
  • Encouraging communication, information-sharing, and innovation within the cultural community
  • Educating local leaders and community members regarding the importance and potential of culture and the arts as economic drivers
  • Consolidating the voice of Muskoka's cultural community in policy and planning processes
  • Coordinating initiatives that respond to the aggregate needs and opportunities of the creative sector
